"Flower Carving" is actually a painting technique of the wine jar. It is painted with a variety of colorful carved patterns on the outside of the wine jar, plus text, so it is a decorative art of wine jars that integrates sculpture and calligraphy.

"Shaoxing Wine" is quite diverse, including Yuan red wine, rice wine, good wine, fragrant snow wine, Huadiao wine, etc., and Huadiao is the most distinctive among them. According to records, Huadiao wine originated from the Dawenkou culture period in Shandong six thousand years ago and represents a long-standing Chinese wine culture. Among the Huadiao wines around, the oldest one is the Huadiao in Shaoxing, Zhejiang.

The longer the "Yellow Wine" stored in the Huadiao wine jar, the better the texture, so the Huadiao wine has become the name of the Shaoxing aged wine, and the rice wine is the best variety in Shaoxing wine. The wine is usually rice wine. Good-quality flower carvings should be placed in a cellar or wine cellar after years of storage. Daughter red and champion red should be regarded as a kind of flower carving wine. It is also a common name and evolved from ancient life customs.
