Sam Seng Tian Fu Lao Qu Wine


Ingredients: Rice, Barley, Wheat, Corn, Sorghum

Alcohol: 48% VOL

Country of Origin : Sichuan

"Quan Liquor" began production in the 1960s. It is the first wine distilled from the sorghum wine. The alcohol is as high as 68%~70%, which is the highest alcohol content in sorghum wine.
"Quan Liquor" is a sorghum wine produced by Daqu as a fermentation auxiliary. It is classified by the variety of aroma components in the wine. Daqu> Xiaoqu> Sanqu, as the name suggests, the Daqu is thicker and the production process is different. There are many types of microorganisms produced, so the aroma components in the wine after fermentation will be more complicated. Therefore, it is generally believed that Daqu will be smaller and more mellow.
Good "Rui Li" wine is aromatic, sweet, mellow, long, and the longer the wine, the more flavorful and fragrant.
